The Bengals’ updated offense will feature both a stronger focus on the running game and no BenJarvus Green-Ellis, so Bernard will be the main focus. Expectations are that he is ready to burst into the superstar tier of NFL running backs, so the pressure will be on.
Jackson has a strong group of backups to turn to, including rookie Jeremy Hill, but Bernard can help make the offense elite.
