Final Predictions for the Cincinnati Reds’ All-Star Fates

Any other year, Joey Votto would be right at the top of the list of first basemen, but he is struggling with both health and production this time around, and there are plenty of other viable candidates.
The starter is going to be Paul Goldschmidt (Diamondbacks), and Freddie Freeman of the Braves is a popular and probably deserving candidate. Matheny will likely find his own Matt Adams too enticing to leave off the list, so he’s in, as well.
