Final Predictions for the Cincinnati Reds’ All-Star Fates

On the whole, Cueto has been the best pitcher in baseball this season and deserves to be the All-Star starter. All signs point to his beingineligible for that rolein the end, though, so I don’t expect to see him actually take the mound at Target Field.
