The Brewers have a six-and-a-half game lead over the Reds and Cardinals in the Central, and Milwaukee may very well add to their arsenal before the trade deadline.  In other words, I think the the division is gone.  As of Sunday night, the Dodgers and Giants are tied atop the NL West and Wildcard standings, but the Reds are tied with the Cards and Washington Nationals for that second spot.  With their starting pitching humming along and the bats starting to breathe at long last, I think the Reds can outlast everyone on that list except for maybe the Nats.  If they can finish second in the Central, the Reds are in.   I say they’re in.
