On Saturday, the Reds splurged for $30 million over seven years to sign Iglesias as the latest Cuban free agent. The team also has glaring needs in middle relief that might force them to look for help from other teams or in-season free agents. The confluence of those two factors, along with the general perception that Iglesias is just about ready for the Majors, makes him a natural fit for a bullpen stint this season. And by this season, I mean, like as soon as he can get here.
