Nothing exciting happened yesterday in my personal life, yeah I know you are all disappointed. One thing about Thursday though, how come whenever it is sunny and blue skies is it windy?! Enough with the wind, obviously we can’t control it but come on. Build a wall or something, I want to be able to walk down the side walk without getting blown over.
Also does anyone watch Suits or is that just me? Talk about a great season finale last night. Maybe I’ll start doing a TV show recap for the three shows I watch, thats a good way to build an audience.
Cincinnati Reds
The Reds didn’t win or lose on Thursday, it was so nice on twitter. Traveling home for a weekend series against the Tampa Bay Tays Cincinnati looks to break their trend of winning one game in a three game series.
Good news, Aroldis Chapman was long tossing on the field at GABP Thursday and by the look of things he appears to be completely fine from a strength perspective. As for the mental side, well that has yet to be seen he has said he will be fine.
Pitching this weekend for the Reds are Johnny Cueto (Friday), Alfredo Simon (Saturday) and Tony Cingrani (Sunday). From a pitching standpoint the Reds starters have all done well this season except for Homer Bailey in his last start. If the offense can turn it around and Billy Hamilton plays like he did Wednesday the Reds will return to their winning ways.
Artrell Hawkins
The former Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Bearcats player was found not guilty of domestic violence following his February arrest at his Springdale, OH home.
College Hockey
Did you see the finish of the Minnesota v. North Dakota game? Oh my god, talk about a last second win. Minnesota netted the game winning goal with 0.6 seconds left on the clock in the 3rd period. Here watch for yourself.
Video of the Day
How about some Billy Hamilton for your morning.
