Cincinnati Bengals Should Stay Away From Darrelle Revis Sweepstakes

Cincinnati already has a standout corner in Leon Hall, so would adding Darrelle Revis be a smart move? The New York Jets are openly shopping Revis and are wanting top dollar for him. It is rumored that they would trade him for a 1st and 2nd round pick. That is too much for a player that has battled injuries and only played 2 games last year.

Revis will be going into his 7th year in the league and has been a star player for the Jets when healthy. While Cincinnati currently has 3 picks in the first 2 rounds of this April’s NFL draft, I don’t think Cincinnati can afford to give them up. They still have Leon Hall, so Cincinnati doesn’t have to make a blockbuster move for a shutdown corner.
