Rex Ryan reprimanded his team on Wednesday for anonymous comments trashing Tebow in a newspaper article. Ryan said it is okay to have those opinions and speak on them, but called doing it anonymously is “cowardly”. No one has stepped up yet, but it isn’t looking so good for a Jets locker room already filled with controversy.

The Jets’ running back Shonn Greene also spoke up on Wednesday. He has grown tired of the on-field struggles his team is facing and stated, “Something’s got to change. You feel bad for Mark, but at the same time you want to win games. We’re not here to protect people’s feelings. If you want to win games, you’ve got to try something. If somebody’s not getting the job done, you see if somebody else can do it.”

In case you missed it, Ben Roethlisberger, will not suit up for the Steelers on Sunday or anytime soon. Turns out the quarterback not only sprained his shoulder when he was sacked against the Chiefs, but he also dislocated a rib. The rib has the possibility of puncturing the quarterback’s aorta if he is jostled around. Doctors said he cannot play until the rib is fully healed. Byron Leftwich is currently slated to start in his place.

DeAngelo Hall has finally been fined for his confrontation with the ref last month when the Redskins played the Steelers. Hall will not be suspended, but will have to pay a $30,000 for his scuffle that caused him to be ejected from the game.

Women’s soccer goal keeper Hope Solo married ex Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens on Tuesday night. The vows come less than 48 hours after Stevens was arrested for fourth degree domestic violence against the Olympic star. Isn’t that romantic?

A missing Texas A&M true freshman receiver was found unharmed in Dallas on Thursday morning. Thomas Johnson was reported missing Monday evening after his mother was unable to reach him prior to receiving messages that the receiver had missed class and practice. Johnson has 30 passes for 339 yards and a touchdown in 10 games.
