By most accounts the Cincinnati Reds’ 2014 season has been a big disappointment, but it didn’t have to be that way.  The Reds benefitted from some unlikely strong pitching and should have been able to ride that into the playoffs.  Here are three moves Cincinnati could have made a critical points of the season to ensure they would still be playing in October.
