In a rare occasion Cincinnati Bengals fans took to Twitter in celebration Thursday night following the Cincinnati Bengals first round draft pick.

The Bengals selected Darqueze Dennard with the 24th pick overall. A roaring stamp of approval erupted on Twitter from the fans. Generally Bengals fans take to Twitter to complain about Mike Brown, Andy Dalton or anything in general, not Thursday night though.

As you can see Bengals fans are a little excited that the team drafted a quality cornerback to compliment an already stout defense. After losing some key players this offseason the Bengals need to rebuild a once potent defense. They seem to be well on their way.

One interesting tid bit is there were no tweets that were mad the Bengals did not take a quarterback. Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was still on the board as well.
