The Wright State Raiders took a giant leap towards participating in the NCAA Tournament on Saturday.  The road through title town saw the third seeded Raiders defeat second seeded Cleveland State in the first semifinal matchup of the Horizon League Tournament on Saturday. The fifth seeded Milwaukee Panthers (20-13) defeated host Green Bay (24-6) in the second game, sending the championship game to the highest remaining team;  Wright State and the Nutter Center.

The Raiders (20-13) have struggled against Green Bay, losing both contests against them this season.  Fortunately, they will have an opportunity to host a Milwaukee team which they defeated 73-57 at home earlier in the season.  The winner of the Championship game will earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, an opportunity Wright State has not capitalized on since 2007 under Brad Brownell.

Wright State will host Milwaukee at 7 PM Tuesday, a game which will be aired on ESPN.  Tickets for the game will be available at noon on Sunday; students will receive one free ticket with student ID.
