Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Andy Dalton Taking Steps Back.

Remember the tear Bengals Quarterback Andy Dalton was on for three straight games, (at BUF, at DET, NYJ) throwing 11 touchdowns to only 2 interceptions? Well, boy has two weeks change, because the month of November has been a nightmare to the third year player out of TCU.

The firs game of the month, Dalton had three interceptions against the Miami Dolphins, in which he took a sack in the goaline in overtime as defensive end of the Dolphins Cameron Wake took him down for a safety to end the game, as the Bengals lost in the worse way you can 22-20 ten days ago.

Yesterday, Dalton looked so bad, his offensive line couldn’t protect him as he was sacked 5 times, he threw the ball 52 times only just completing 24 of them. For the second consecutive game, he had a three interception game, okay so two of them wasn’t quietly his fault, but the last one where the team was driving the ball with two minutes left of the game over threw AJ Green he was open in the slant, for a interception for the Ravens which at the time looked like it clinched the win for them , you all know what happened next when the defense gave the offense the ball back after stopping Baltimore. Bengals still lost 20-17 in overtime, even with the hail mary pass he completed to Green as time expired to force overtime.

Right now, Dalton doesn’t look like he can take this team to the promise land, or if they win the division, win a playoff game. I think the pressure is getting to him, and he must forget these last two games because this team needs him perform a whole lot better. We want the October quarterback that was named, AFC Offensive player of the week in consecutive weeks, and the one who had a career day against the Jets throwing 5 touchdowns we want him!

Can Andy bounce back?

Well, he better because the team has a big game this weekend as the Cleveland Browns come to PBS, and with a win already against the Bengals this season they feel so confident they can win the game. Dalton had one of his worst games of his career against the Browns this season in a 17-6 defeat, we won’t even go deep into the stats. Bengals fans have grown impatient with him and he must step it up or it will get rusty in Cincinnati.
