As part of the beginning of college basketball season ESPN will be doing the Sixth annual 24 hour hoops tip off marathon games on ESPN that will run from Monday Night Nov 11 through the whole day on Tuesday Nov 12th.

The University of Cincinnati Men’s Basketball team will be featured on it as they will be playing NC. State on that Tuesday November 12th at 5pm on ESPN at Fifth Third Arena.

The matchup is the first game in a two year agreement between the two schools, with Cincinnati making a trip to Raleigh, NC during the 2014-2015 season.

Here’s what head coach Mick Cronin said about it today. “We’re thankful to ESPN and excited to have our program on the national stage when we take on NC. State as part of the tip off marathon,”Cronin said. ” NC. State also have a great program with a strong tradition and we’re glad to have a home and home series with them for the next two seasons.”

Its always a plus for the University to get expose and especially on a day where everybody will be watching basketball so it’s always great for UC to be on the national stage.
