years playoffs. Tonight though the rejuvenated Bengals go into Atlanta to face the Falcons in their first preseason game of the season.

Both teams are entering the season with new faces and aspirations of making deep runs in the playoffs. Cincinnati lost in the wild card round last season while the Falcons lost in the NFC Championship.

Cincinnati this offseason added linebacker James Harrison from hated division rival Pittsburgh while Atlanta added running back Stephen Jackson from St. Louis. Both of those signings made headlines this season, tonight will be their first games in new uniforms, it will be interesting to see how both fit in.

This years draft picks will be a big topic for the Bengals tonight. Rookies Giovanni Bernanrd and Tyler Eifert have impressed at camp so far and will look to solidify their futures in the offense over the next four weeks before Week 1.

If you are going to tune in to the game tonight make sure you tune in at the kickoff. Both teams will likely only play their starters for one series. Andrew Hawkins and AJ Green will not be playing tonight, those are the most visible absences for the Bengals tonight.

You can catch the game on ESPN, WatchESPN and locally on WLWT at 8pm. If you can’t be in front of a TV tune your radio to ESPN 1530 and or 700WLW.
