Mike Ditka, famed Chicago Bears coach, was taken to the hospital Friday when he suffered a minor stroke. Ditka, 73, seems to be recovering and in good spirits but is still in the hospital at this, according to ESPN.com.

After Thursday’s Bills vs Miami game in Buffalo, an intoxicated fan was ejected from the game. After he did not show up to the arranged meeting place with his friends after the game, red flags were raised. The fan’s body was found on Friday in small creek diseased.

Melky Cabrera and the Toronto Blue Jays agreed to a two year, $16 million deal on Friday. Melky was suspended in August for elevated testosterone.

The Bearcat women’s volleyball team topped UConn in the first round of the Big East Championship. They will face Louisville this afternoon at 2:00pm.

Ohio State handed the Bearcats women’s basketball team their first loss on Wednesday 87-49. the ladies play again on Monday at Kent State. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00pm.
